Our Founder:
Zachary Domenico
Zach founded Z Pro Painting in 2019 after spending years working across every side of the painting industry. He began as a hands-on painter, gaining real-world experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality results from start to finish.
After college, Zach worked as an Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams, where he developed extensive product knowledge and learned the importance of proper preparation, materials, and application. He later returned to the field as a Project Manager for a professional painting company, overseeing projects, managing crews, and working directly with clients.
At a pivotal moment in his career, Zach found himself at a crossroads and made the decision to earn his contractor’s license and build a company of his own. He believes that everything he has today is by the grace of God, and that success comes from doing work that is righteous, good-willed, and rooted in service to others.
That belief became the foundation of Z Pro Painting—a company built on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer-friendly service. Zach credits God as the reason behind every opportunity and remains committed to growing the company with integrity and purpose.
Today, Z Pro Painting continues to grow and succeed through consistent quality, honest communication, and attention to detail—because it’s in the details.
